Overview
About Me
I am a 26 years old Spanish guy, living in Tokyo since november '15, and trying to get used to this huge city and this special culture and country. Right now, I'm working in a Spanish company in Tokyo and all over the country.
What you need to know about me is that I enjoy socialize with people.
I consider myself as a good, happy and friendly person. It's said that I have a contagious laugh, and sincerely, it's one of the thing that I love most to do.
Some of my hobbies are playing bass guitar and guitar, any kind of sport, love skiing and used to love surfing (long time that I don't go for a ride). Really love music, and absolutely, I love to travel. I've been many places as Brazil, Argentina, Tanzania,U.S.A, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand and many places around Europe.
I know that this is not enough to know a new person, but I've try to summarize as much as I could, and if you would want to know something more, then you know how to contact me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The idea of Couchsurfing came to me when I was living in Norway and I realised about, how difficult could be to get into a new culture if you do turism as "normal". I've always wondered that the best way to know new culture, new region or new people, it's sharing time and experiences with those who know about it.
The reason that I am joining Couchsurfirg, is due to I am really new in Japan and I want to know local and foreing people that give a full experience here in Japan.
Interests
I love to do things, anything is fine if you are enjoying your time. I usually play bass a guitar in Spain, and now I'm learnign to play guitar. I also have to tell that I was in 3 rock bands since I was 14. I love almost any kind of music. I prefer classic rock, but I am OK also with good Blues or Jazz.
About sports, I've practiced handball and football during my whole life.
Also I do skiing since I was 6 and also I've tried Snowboard. And I really, really love snow sports.
When I was 13 I started to learn Surfing during my summer holidays and, till 4 years ago, I practiced every summer and I am really looking forward to repeat the experience here in Japan, even if I am not really, really good, the experience is amazing.
I have to say that, even if I am not a really mad about films, I enjoy watching movies.
I do usually read, in average, 1 book per month or per 2 months, and even if I prefer Fiction, I read every kind of books.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music, music and music.
I really love classical Rock Bands, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Black Sabbath, Eagles, Motorhead, AC/DC...
But also I like new Rock Bands and Indie Rock, Spanish or English, doesn't matter.
I would like to listen some jazz and blues when I am chilling out at home.
But, have to say that I really like electronic music, and some of pop music.
I love Deep House music, for cool down is the best and also some harder like Deorro, Avicci or Steve Aoki.
As said before, I am not a fanatic of films but I can say that my favorites movies could be Donnie Darko, The Godfather, The Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump and Philadelphia, maybe, but not really sure.
Favorites books is not so easy, because depending on the differnt ages in your life your likes change. But in anycase, for my, those books that I have really good memories, could be Neverending Story, Around the World in Eighty Days and the Green Mile.
Also I would add in here the category of "Favorite TV Series".
Oposite to movies, I am really mad on TV Series, for me the best, that I have more enjoy watching them are, The Wire, The Sopranos, Lost, Fringe, Friends and Doctor Who.
But I have to really add to my favorites "Shin Chan", that even if it's an anime and could be for kids, I am really loving it. Have to say that I watched it before coming to Japan, but now I like more and more.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
That's a tough one, hahaha.
I would say somethings that have been amazing for me.
First would be to do Surfing in Norway in November in Norwegian Fjords, whenn I was doing my last year of career.
Also was amazing, to dive with dolphins in Zanzibar sea.
I have also an amazing memory about seen the Meeting of Waters in Amazon River, between Rio Negro and Amazon River.
Teach, Learn, Share
I cannot teach, really, that is for teachers.
What I can do, it's to share, share my lifetime, share my knowledges (languages, sports, music, ...).
But absolutely, not teaching, I would share and we can learn from each other.
And about learn, I would really appreciate if I could learn some japanese, but doing japanese lifestyle, or whatever. And for sure, I would like to learn this new culture and meet new people.
What I Can Share with Hosts
About what to share, it's simple, my time, my happiness and my willingness to enjoy life.
Apart of that for sure, that I can speak english and spanish and can understand french and portuguese.
Also, we can help each other improving or starting doing things like surfirng or skiing.
