Overview
About Me
Hi! I’m Elisa 😊
I’m from Vicenza, a small city in northern Italy, not far from Venice.
I’m a social media advertising specialist and I work fully remote. Most of my work is focused on sports events, especially social media Ads, but I also collaborate with other types of clients.
I absolutely love traveling and I’ve been traveling solo since I was 21. During one of my trips to Mozambique, volunteering with a non-profit organization (@asemitalia_odv), I rescued a street dog. Her name is Mel and she’s been my adventure buddy ever since 🐶
I’m a very sporty person: I love trail running in the mountains, alpinism, cycling and sometimes climbing. I feel most at home outdoors and I’m always happy to share stories, experiences and good energy with people from all over the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because a friend recommended it to me. I met her during my first solo trip and thanks to her I discovered a beautiful way to meet local people and truly connect.
For me, Couchsurfing is about spending quality time together, laughing, sharing stories and creating those special moments that only this way of traveling can offer. It’s about human connections and the adventures that come from them.
Interests
My main hobbies are all about being outdoors and staying active. I love trail running in the mountains, alpinism, cycling, and sometimes climbing. Sport is a big part of my life and helps me feel balanced and connected to nature.
I’m also passionate about traveling, especially solo traveling, discovering new cultures, meeting local people and sharing stories and experiences. I enjoy meaningful conversations, good laughs and spending quality time with others.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
I honestly love trashy dance music you can dance to in a club 😄 but I also enjoy many different genres, depending on the mood.
Movies & Books:
I’m into adventure movies and anything related to travel and exploration.
When it comes to books, I mostly read adventure stories and psychological books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
– Slept in my tent in Yellowstone, near a hot spring, with a pack of wolves outside… and cooked eggs in the hot spring.
– Accidentally crashed a Balinese wedding.
– Fell into a rice paddy with my scooter.
– Drove non-stop for 14 hours at night (Seattle → Yellowstone).
– Brought a street dog home from Mozambique.
– Cycled solo from my home all the way to the North Cape.
My life is basically crazy 😄
