After doing quite a bit of traveling, I’m back state side for a hot minute, staying with family in Texas, planning the next adventure.

I've lived in Texas, Ohio, South Carolina, Austria, the UAE, Bali, and most recently Buenos Aires, Argentina. Trying to get the most out of my "global citizenship."

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Because I know the world can benefit so much from people exercising their senses of openness, trust, kindness and connection. Couch surfing really gives us the opportunity to strengthen those muscles.

Music: Right now I'm doing some Tiny Desk Concert surfing (recently found Leanne La Havas. She's lovely), Natalie Lafourcade, and Spinetta, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds. Old favs include the Beatles, the Strokes. Anything really.

Movies: Recently revisited Searching For Sugarman. Love that one. But My Cousin Vinny and Mrs. Doubtfire are the classics.

Books: Dhammapada, Bossy Pants, Tao

Teach: I teach music, including early childhood music classes to parents and children under the age of 5 (soooo fun!), also teach guitar, piano, and voice. I'm a certified yoga instructor, but haven't really taught that officially.

Learn: I love learning about new cultures and people in general. Anything interesting you want to share, I'm down.

Share: Would love to share stories, food, space, experiences, but also like it when it's time for everyone to go their separate ways. While I love people, I also enjoy spending time on my own.
