Hollaa! I am Celine, 32 years old and am moving around Latin America. I left my life in the Netherlands behind as my life back home did not give me a fulfilled feeling anymore and I want to live a life where I do more good (especially for others and nature). Through couchsurfing and the stories you have to share I hope to get lovely encounters and inspiration for what's next in my life!

Currently I am traveling around to globe to learn from all different people and hear the beautiful stories you all have to share. I think this is one of most beautiful things in life: meeting new people, sharing stories, hearing your viewpoints on life and what joy life gives you ☘️

For me its not the places I go to that give me joy, but the people I meet. So I hope by couchsurfing and voluntarywork to have beautiful encounters and find out more about different ways of living 🌞

I loove reading non fiction books about society, history or autobiography’s of people with inspiring life stories. I also love documentaries and watching movies that make you reflect on life or society (e.g. The Triange of Sadness, Everything Everywhere All at Once, El hoyo/the platform). And tips on all these things are always welcome!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Using couchsurf and hitchhiking. The small encounters with strangers - and receiving so much kindness from them - always get me so excited. It gives me the feeling that I am really living. What more amazing feeling is there than that 😊

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to learn some more jamming on the guitar. I am not that good, but if you want I can teach you the basic accords on the guitar or ukelele. Or we could try to jam together, I want to get better at that!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Smiles and kindness 😄 and if you want a nice Dutch wintermeal, but then the vegetarian version 😇 Its not special and it's veeeeeeeeerry boring, but of course I am happy to share this with you so you can decide for yourself! Orrr I make some other nice veggie meal 👩‍🍳
