My name is Francisco, I'm originally from Cáceres (Spain), I studied at the University of Granada (Spain), currently living and studing in Kuwait. I love learning foreign languages and meeting new people. Totally in love with the Middle East, specially Lebanon. Apart from visiting museums and monuments, I love meeting local people and seeing how they live and I think that one of the best ways to know that is going out to parties with them and discovering the local nightlife.

I decide to create an account on Couchsurfing since, from my point of view, it is the best way to know a country: Meeting native people. I think that having Couchsurfing experiences can be very enriching for me and for my future host. What I am really looking for is discovering another cultures and another ways of living and, moreover, show my customs to foreign people. In addition, everyone has his/her own way of living a trip, mine is going to parties and seeing how people have fun in foreign countries.

As you can see, I am a languages' student, so I love learning and teaching foreign and exotic languages. In addition, I am very interested in the ancient world (Rome, Greece and Egypt) and I love reading about this topic.
In addition, I'm in love with Arabic culture, specially the Lebanese culture: its food, its geography its people...

Musica, film e libri

I like a lot Reggaeton, which is music from South American and Spain. But I totally love Arabic music (specially Egyptian and Lebanese pop), I like Nancy Ajram, Amru Diab, Tamer Hosni... but the Arabic singer I like the most is Elissa, I hope to see her one day!
Mi favourite movies are historical movies such as Titanic, Agora, Memories of a Geisha... I like movies which represent another epochs of human history.
And my favourite books are Greek books such as Odyssey and Victorian literature as well, such as Pride & Prejudice or Jane Eyre.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

The most amazing thing I've ever done is coming to Scotland to study one year since before this year I had never imagined about going to a foreign country in order to study. My experience here have open my mind in all directions and the person who arrived is not the same person who will leave.
The second craziest thing I've ever done is coming to Kuwait to study since I started a totally new life in a different continent and ina totally different culture.

I would love to improve the languages that I am learning and helping people with the same issue as well. My vocation is life is teaching languages, so I would love helping you to improve the languages that you are learning.

Apart from helping people with languages, I can share my experiences and my way of life and my customs. Another thing that I would love to share is the Spanish gastronomy and make you taste the Spanish food. As a good Spaniard, I will make your parties with me just unforgetable!
