I'm 21 years old and i would love to travel the world. I grew up in a little town near the north sea and in 2013/2014 i participated on an AFS exchange year in Wisconsin, USA. I started university in September 2016 and i study social work. I love Techno partys, festivals, good chill people and sometimes just being in the nature. I'm a really open minded person and who loves to go out and explore new things.

Since the end of February I study in Finland a semester abroad. After the cool months in Finland i thought it will be much needed to travel in direction sun and that’s why my flights are already booked to Mexico! ☀️

Even if things won't work out to stay at someones couch i'm glad about every hint i may get and every suggestion about a city and the different countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because i have a brand new couch in my room and it tells me every day it want's someone to sleep on. Hahaha just a joke :D
Also to be honest i'm not having a lot money but i want to travel and learn about the world and different people also i'm here because i would like to share my culture with people from all over the world. . I want to explore new cultures, meet new people and just living the life and take the best out of it! I had the big luck and could stay with a hostfamily for a whole year and i'm trying to give the nice kind thing they did for me back in the way of giving them to couchsurfers and hosts :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is almost everything. I like techno, hip hop and sometimes rock too. I really like to read, so my favourite book is .. mhm i can't tell. I love all my books. But if i have to choose... i think i would take the Harry Potter series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I ran into the ocean, when i saw it the first time at cannon beach in Oregon, USA when it was freezing cold and windy outside. Also I did ice swimming in Finland when it was -29C it was crazy!! But oh well if you want the full local experience you have to step over your shadow :)
