Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It all started because I wanted to meet nice people to hang out with while on my interrail backpacking through Europe in July and August 2016.

Apart from that, I've always been open to meeting new people. There is so much to know, to explore and experience and I believe it's always better when we share it with someone interesting :)

Also, I absolutely love Couchsurfing values (generosity, tolerance, respect, appreciation for differences, desire to learn more about one another and grow as people and become better global citizens), so I'm totally up for sharing my life, creating connection, offering kindness, staying curious and abiding by the ideal of leaving it better than I found it (well, I used to be a Boy Scout, so that stuck with me)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Portuguese, English and French. I can also teach how to cook and I'm sure there are more things I can teach, but I can't quite grasp what exactly. We'll see about that... Recently a couch surfer has asked me to teach him how to sing Fado, so that was fun :)
I'm up for learning lots of things! Foreign languages, such as German or any other, how to make sushi, new recipes, how to play the piano, whistling (ahah)... You name it!
