Hi there. I'm a counsellor/psychotherapist with a love of traveling. Ive seen most of the world but not all of it...yet. India is my second home and I can be found there when I am free. I have a love of nutrition, meditation, fitness...and books and academia. I am a modern gent with old fashioned values. and I work as a Psychotherapist/ Counsellor.

I've spent most of my years living abroad and a lot of time travelling (not time-travelling) .

I'm a city dweller but I'm quite at home in a jungle, a desert, up a mountain or anywhere staring at the sunrise/sunset/moon with my fingers stuck in the ground. I love to walk barefoot.

Keeping a healthy mind and body is important for me. I keep lean, work-out, meditate and understand the importance of self-care.
I am very self aware.
I am awake.

I am passionate about nutrient dense food and eating out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people from different cultures. and make friends around the world. Try new foods. To get advice when in other countries....and possibly a place to stay.

A bed to sleep. A decent conversation. A view of Dublin maybe not seen by tourists.

Although I would love to share time and experiences with travelers I would prefer to host people who are quite independent and do not need me to look after them.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A decent conversation on just about anything. Share a joke and see the humour in the world. I'm a good cook...and I dont snore.

A place to sleep is all I require and anything else is a plus. I am discreet and do not need a babysitter so will not be a burden.
