Having lived in France for a gap year I prefer meeting locals to explore a new place because their honest opinions, tips and recommendations are so much more convenient and valuable rather than staying in a touristy hotel.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Travelling with friends is always nice and I like it a lot! But travelling alone during my gap year has definitely been a great experience because I learnt so much about myself and with how little language skills and equipment you can easily get in touch with people and get to know them and their culture.

I could teach you some French, English or even German! I could also be your guide to visit my hometown Berlin or at least I can tell you about the nicest spots that won't be in your average tour guide or map!

One thing I live by is the fact that nobody's perfect and that's something everyone should embrace.
