I am originally from California. Have been on O'ahu for two years, I currently attend school out here.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This is my first time visiting the island of Kaua'i and I would want to remember a more local experience than tourist. I want to listen to stories about the aina and learn about the Hawaiian culture. I can't wait to see all the beautiful beaches and people of this island.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have couchsurfed before, but I did not go through the website. Last year and friend and I bought a plane ticket to Moloka'i. Not knowing anyone there or booking a place to stay, we ended meeting different people everyday by hitchhiking and staying with the people we met. It was the most amazing week of my life. I hope on getting the same experience while in Kaua'i.
