About Me
I'm an active person and I enjoy learning every day. I like waking up with a smile and going to bed the same way, knowing that I do my best at all times.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When some friends talked me about couchsurfing I thought It was a fantastic idea. I didnt think twice and I join it. I like to meet people and listen to their stories. I think the best way to travel and know a country is through its people or people living there.
After hosting, I can say CouchSurfing is like traveling without going out of your house. I'm grateful.
Interests
I love music in all kinds: dancing, singing, playing, listening, composing... Spend the time playing with friends makes me feel hugely happy.
I really enjoy reading, writting and drawing. So I enjoy also by myself.
I look for the contact with nature constantly, either beach or mountain. And I value people with whom I can have a good conversation.
I like so many things that I haven't got enough time to do all :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I like many diffrent styles of music. For me the importance lies on quality or what it makes you feel. Actually, I'm listening lot of swing but I also like songwriter, classical, pop, indie, reggae, rock, soundtrack, chill out... depends on the moment. So right now If I had to choose a song would be "Having myself a time" by Billie Holiday.
Movies... "A love song for Bobby Long", "Into the wild", "Amelie", "Love actually", "Avatar", " Matrix"...
TV or screens are not my first choice when I have time, I prefer activities that can be done outdoors.
Books...poetry, philosophy, psychology, education, novels. Some examples could be "Martes con mi viejo profesor" by Mitch Albom, "El poder del Ahora" by Eckhart Tolle, "Brooklyn Follies" by Paul Auster, "Anastasia" by Vladimir Megre, "Las voces del desierto" by Marlo Morgan, Mario Benedetti...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
To me amazing things are those that can surprise you and put a smile or a laugh on your face. Some examples I've done would be composing a song, become part of a band or perform a choreography, climb, dive or take a trip to somewhere or even a simple meal or a meeting with friends.
What I want to write is that anything, as little as it may be, can be an amazing one. Depends on every of us, on our intention. Let life surprise us.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching, learning and sharing. Three powerful verbs.
I'm a music teacher and I can also teach some swing dance (lindy hop, balboa, shag). At the same time, I'm completely open to learning. So I open my ears, I open my eyes, I open myself enthusiastically and I want more and more. Then, sharing is the spark of life. I love finding people who want to share their experiences helping others to grow. Sharing it's inspiring and makes me feel good.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share a good conversation around a glass of wine listening live music, for example. I can share places and all I know as a local. I can share what I have and what I am otherwise certainly not :D
