Overview
About Me
I am a final year undergraduate, proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Although I was born and raise in Hong Kong, I spent a year in the UK last year as an exchange student. I hope to meet new, fun-loving people and share our language, culture and perspectives!
Before I start to work, I will like to take every opportunities I can to meet people from different cultural backgrounds and to experience a lifestyle that is very different from my own. I wish to improve my personal skills and to make life-long friends there. I want to open my eyes to bigger things in life and enrich my soul.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is a great platform which allows me to meet new friends from other places. I believe the best way to learn and understand a new culture is to travel, live and communicate with the people who are actually living in that best. Couchsurfing provides me with the best opportunity to do so.
In return, I am very happy to discuss and share my experiences in Asia, especially that of Hong Kong and China. I hope that by the end of each trip, each one of us can learn something about the place that the others come from.
Interests
I would consider myself to be a sporty persons, though at the same time I am very interested to learn about the culture, art and history of other countries. My leisure activities include war-gaming, work out, swimming, jogging, diving (PADI qualified) and cycling.
