Overview
About Me
I am an open person, medical doctor, paramedic, teacher and researcher who is keen on traveling and learning from experiences. I love people and their happiness, I enjoy music as a very deep hobby, very tolerant. I can guarantee you we're going to get along quite well as I am very respectful; though sometimes I might be very spontaneous and crack a couple of jokes; my only goal is to make you smile.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
An american girlfriend (who broke my heart) told me about her amazing experiences in traveling. I a convinced that the best way of knowing a city is by staying in a non-touristic place, because that’s how you learn how people deal with life and basic needs... unlike a hotel where everything is just one phone call away.

Music, Movies, and Books
In music, I can be very flexible, from Maluma to the most intense Metal you could even imagine. Nonetheless, my preferred genre is metal and its derivatives. Favorite album: Animals as Leaders- selftitled
As of movies, I do not dedicate a lot of time to them so when I do I love movies that keep me thinking and reflecting about what I saw. Or classics that will improve my knowledge. Either way, I can always watch boy or chick flicks, but I will not chose them initially.
In terms of books, I also do not have a ton of time to read but when I do I try to read the classics. Some of my favorites are A hundred years of solitude- Gabriel Garcia Marquez/ Brave New World- Aldous Huxley
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was a surgeon in Johns Hopkins, the third best hospital in the world. Had a band in highschool; we had our own record and were acclaimed by audience in a couple of states back then. I was accepted in a university for a major in bass but loved Medicine so I took my decision. Wasn't easy.
Teach, Learn, Share
I was an anatomy teacher for four years in the most important university of my country. I love learning and teaching anything I can. I also lectured a couple dozen medical students at Johns Hopkins.
What I Can Share with Hosts
All of my current medical knowledge, cooking, ensuring a clean place, keeping an eye on something you consider important. I want to be your house teammate so my stay can help you with your current needs.
