Overview
About Me
I went on a year long exchange to Wisconsin, USA when I was 16 and I did a volunteer service in Moscow, a few years ago. Afterwards I started studying psychology in Dresden, Germany. After an Erasmus semester in Finland, I am now living in Dresden, again.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to meeting new people and exploring their culture as well as sharing mine. I believe that the best way to explore new places is by getting to know the locals.
Interests
I love being outdoors whenever I have free time. In my daily life, I run and do Yoga. Whenever I have a bit more time I love to go on trekking tours or bikepacking.
Over the last few years, I have incorporated mindfulness and meditation into my life and found an amazing community of like-minded people in Dresden.
Recently, I have started learning how to play the guitar and I really enjoy singing in a small Pop- and Gospel-choir.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most physically challenging things that I have done is a 24-hour hike through the black forest. With a few friends of mine we hiked over 70 km on a beautiful trail through the mountain region in southern Germany, where I grew up.
