My name is Güler. I live in Istanbul since 5 years, now I am an exchange student in Paris.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see the other parts of the city as well. That is the main reason why I'm on couch surfing. I like meet new persons, learn new cultures and listen their stories. I think it is inspiring and a thing that you cannot learn from books.
When I zigzagged Paris, people was really helpful to me , they accepted me as the part of their lives.
I am new in couch surfing but when I go back I will be happy to have some people in my house too. I want to do the same !

Interests

As you see I'm not a fit girl but I'm trying to practice yoga everyday. Also I like reading, listening music (but I know only the popular songs) especially when I'm traveling, visiting art exhibitions (contemporary art mostly) and cooking.

-Orhan Pamuk, Paulo Coelho, Hemingway, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, I like Harry Potter series and I read them millions of times. My favorite book is the Little Prince (I'm collecting this book in different languages, even though I don't understand, and the main reason why I want to learn french is to be able to read this book in its original language.)
