Hello, I'm a French who leaved his mother country in the beginning of 2016 to discover another culture, open my mind and see how I'll fit me. That's a great challenge !
Actually I started practicing couchsurfing in 2008, when I did not know this term. I had to go to Paris for several days and as a student I had very few money. I was a member of a classic car club and I had the idea to post an ad on the club forum. And it worked ! During this trip I met three people I did not know anything except that she loved me the same cars as me, and some e-mail exchanges. No profil picture, no recommendation, I really didn't know what to expect. But it was really a great experience, this people really trusted me, we had good evenings and talked a lot about everything, not only cars. And it was really fun !
I didn't do it very often, but everytime it were great experiences and some of my hosts and guests became friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This website offers more organisation, more choice of locations and a lot more people than my old DIY method. Unfortunately I can't be host now because I don't have my own flat, but I want to travel this year ant meet always more people !

Interests

Going at work by bike, and then doing crazy road-trips with my old car to burn all the petrol I saved., have good times with my friends or my family, or both. Be efficient at work and do a good job. Have a cup of tea with a beautiful girl. Hiking several days in the mountains with some friends, without phone, computer. Swim in the ocean.
