I am a 28-year-old Catalan guy. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and also worked as an graduate engineer for a while, but at some point I decided to make a radical change and turn my life completely upside down. My current objective is to travel, live in other countries, immerse myself in different cultures, make new friends and learn lots of new stuff. I am trying to make the most of my lifetime and live in a totally different way.

I've lived in both Germany and Denmark in the last 2 years. On April 2021 I decided to go back to Spain for a break before resuming my travels :)

I'm interested in making new friends from all around the world. I think sharing different viewpoints about life and current hot topics with someone from a different cultural background is a very fulfilling and enriching experience. I think that making friends in other countries is such a nice opportunity to meet both different cultures as well as different ways of life.

Interessen

I am always on the move, looking for new places to visit and different things to try. My hobbies are traveling, languages, nature, reading, writing, science and technology. Also I am an amateur guitar player, so if you had a bad day I won't hesitate to sing you a song ;).

My mind just can't stop learning, I am a pretty curious person in general terms so I never hesitate to delve into the unknown.

I am particularly interested in alternative ways of life (whether in a community, in a city or in whatever possible kind of setting) which entail living more sustainably, fostering self-reliance, extending products' lifespan and especially becoming less dependent on money.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Films: action, thriller, science-fiction, comedy, philosophical topics. I also enjoy stories based on post-apocalyptic scenarios.

Books: ranging from popular science (no matter what: anthropology, physics, genetics, biology, computer science...) to dystopian novels (such as 1984 and Brave New World) and every literary work that discusses sociopolitical topics.

Music: I usually try whatever comes my way, but I have a predilection for metal, rock and electronic music (a wide variety of subgenres for each). I also enjoy 70, 80 & 90's music a lot.

I love deep conversations about life and about transcendental and thought-provoking topics. Talking over a beer is kind of a pleasant way of enjoying life, isn't it??

Lots of knowledge about the country. Interesting places and cities and a wide range of activities we could spend our time in. Not to mention the possibility to learn spanish (or catalan) and make more friends!!
