Hello guys, I'm Ara from Seoul, Korea. I'm a student, majoring in French Culture and Literature.

But the funny thing is that I'm not good at French. It's too difficult for me. Maybe this is not my way. I'll need to figure out what I really want to do.

I'm very outgoing, energetic and positive girl, I guess. I always have smile on my face. I can spread out my happy virus to everyone around me. I'm a happy girl!

And I had worked at the Lotte World Adventure amusement park.

I feel happy when I go for a walk with my dog, eat delicious food, watch sunset, plan travel around the world.

And I'm sure that I'm a really happy person.

I like natures. This is because maybe I‘d lived near Nam Han San mountain when I was young. I love smells of earth and grass.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel all around the world to meet various people and cultures.

I have been to China, Japan, German, India, and Philippines. During my travel, I'd met lots of local friends and hung out with them.

I'd love to make local friends. If you want to know about Korea, ask me whatever you want to know! I'll tell you everything. Korea is quite small but passionate country.

Interests

I like fairy tale books and picture books. Because there are various meanings in short sentences. I like those pictures too. And I feel like I went back to the childhood while reading it. I think adults need to read story books as well. I'm gonna visit book stores around the world.

I'm good at cooking Korean food. If you want, I can make it for you. Also, I have some Korean traditional cookie '약과‘( yakgwa). If you wanna try, I can give it to you.

I really love walking with hot tea and watching movies or soaps. Recently, I'm hooked on the 'Game of Thrones'. Also, I like reading books at the coffee shop, (no, actually place doesn't matter), hanging out with friends, story books, and cooking.

After the school, I usually hang out with my friends or go for a walk with my puppy. I like chillin at my house, watching movies or dramas all day long. But I also like to hang out with people. I like the connections between people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've saved money for travel since I graduated my high school. I'd worked at children's show, kid's cafe, study academy and Lotte World Adventure Amusement park. I had great time with nice people while working at the Lotte World.
