Overview
About Me
I just love to travel!! I'm an open-minded and positive girl who loves speaking and learning languages and getting to know other people. At the time I'm still going to school but in June I'm going to get my certificate. Besides school, I'm giving private classes to younger students and I love dancing Zumba. Whenever I have the chance to, I'm meeting up with friends. I prefer talking about more complex and serious things and I like deep conversations. I'm not such a club-going type and favour small parties or just evenings where you can have fun with other people without most of them getting drunk. Honesty, a positive attitude towards the unknown and empathy are the characteristics I appreciate most.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was looking for a kind of travelling where you see more than just the scenery. I want to get to know other people as well as the culture of a country. In my opinion, there is no better way than staying with locals in order to do this. I was totally enthusiastic about this idea when I heard about CS and I still am. I want to travel in the time between my Abitur (similar to A-Levels) and the study at the university. I'm already looking forward to meeting new friends in other countries and to welcoming them at my place.
Interests
As I said before, I'm pretty much into dancing Zumba. Besides, I love taking photos and learning languages. I also like nature, children, deep conversations, skiing, sports in general, photo albums, maths and psychology.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like lots of different kinds of music (but especially Spanish and latin music). I like romantic books and movies but only if they deal with some other serious problems in life, too, instead of being just kitschy. But I also like futurology and Sciene-Fiction.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I organized a farewell gift for one of my friends when she went to Zimbabwe for one year. We gave her a multi-storey gateau and a book with handwritten greetings from all of us. It was not that easy to convince all of them to take part and to finish on time and they did not really care about it.
It might not sound amazing to you but at that time she just turned 16 so it was pretty hard for her to leave everything and everyone behind. And believe me, her smile and happiness when she got the present was worth all the work.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you want, I can try to teach you some Zumba steps or some language skills. But even if you don't want to, we can still have fun sharing our experiences and visiting the area. I can also tell and show you some German traditions. I promise I bring photos and I hope you do so too when you visit me.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, France, Ireland, Malta, Norway, Poland, Spain, Sweden
