Eu me considero um cara legal, sou bastante flexível e curto, praia, cerveja, bater papo e saber da vida alheia. sobre a minha casa: 1- NÃO ACEITO DROGAS ILÍCITAS NA MINHA CASA;🚫❌ 2-consigo hospedar duas pessoas no máximo, sendo preferível uma; 3- como moro sozinho, preciso que você me ajude nos afazeres da casa, tais como: limpeza do ambiente e cuidados da casa em geral; 4-durante a semana não costumo fazer minhas refeições em casa... é um corre corre! Então caso sinta necessidade de comer em casa, próximo à minha residência existem um mercadinho (20 metros de distância), também uma padaria (30 metros de distância), nos quais você pode comprar o que for da sua necessidade e preparar na minha cozinha.... 5- Não alimente Alfredo ( meu dog) ele passa mal quando como algo que não seja sua ração; 🐶 6- já chega de tanta regra, agora é só destampar uma gelada e vamos prosear! 🍺 🥘 🍤
