Well, music, I will go with "Blowing in the wind" of Bob Dylan. Or "The Passenger" of Iggy Pop. Or every kind of music from Dire Straits and Renaud (a famous french singer, awesome man, love him)
Movies, there is a huge competition in my mind between Star Wars and Into the Wild. I choose not to choose.
Books ? Ahah, that's a fun question. I love every book I'm reading, even the phone book. If my house was burning (which, given my cooking skills, should happen one of those days), I will choose to save Alexandre Dumas. All of his books (I practically have all of them. So, sadly, I will burn before I can save them all)
