I am a Brazilian undergraduate at the University of Sheffield. I moved to the UK in January 2014 and spent a while in Manchester before moving to the Steel City. I'm fairly into current politics, philosophy and literature. I have been a voluntary Philosophy teacher for a few years now, and I currently teach at schools around Sheffield.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Got the travel bug a while ago and want to keep it up! It's hard to maintain the travel spirit when I'm home but hopefully being a CS host is a good way to do that :). I'd love to help fellow travellers and hear their awesome stories.

Interests

Teaching, getting into ultimately useless political and philosophical arguments, watching Liverpool disappoint me year after year and taking photos of weird things I come across. Oh, I also enjoy writing down the rambling thoughts I have from time to time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Getting a class of 30 six-year-olds to listen to me is a feat I am fairly proud of. I do fail sometimes though.
