Overview
About Me
Hi! My name is Paúl. I am 30, from the south of Ecuador and I recently graduated from Carnegie Mellon, in Pittsburgh! I love meeting new people and explore cities! I am responsible, easy going and talkative! Always love to have good conversations with people and get the most of them.
I am respectful and clean, I don't create problems, and I am always open to any advice/critic.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I love traveling, meeting new people and will gladly buy you a beer, lunch or dinner as an appreciation of your hospitality. That is amazing! I believe we are living in a sharing era, so I am always up to contribute on what I have!
Interests
I started meditation three years ago, and I have discovered how powerful self-observation and the practice of remembering oneself is! I totally recommended and I am happy to share my experience.

Music, Movies, and Books
I enjoyed listening to different kinds of music and dancing as well. I like to go out and find a nice place with a local band or going for a concert.
I am open to movies, I like independent and blockbusters.
Currently reading a lot about borders.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I mounted my first exhibition at an art gallery in April. This was part of my urban design master thesis, but for the first time, I could have the experience to design and portray a show, which I enjoyed and learned a lot!
Teach, Learn, Share
Architecture, history, art, and cultures! I like to talk about my interests and have feedback from different people. I also love to learn new stuff and experience new things!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am more than happy to share my architectural knowledge with everyone and discuss art and design (and many other things). I do think architecture in general need to evolve to another stage. As you compare it with other industries, they evolve much quicker than architecture. Technology goes really fast. Medicine evolves continuously, also engineering. We do need to do something on behalf of our cities!
