We are an English couple about to embark on a worldwide adventure. Sharon is 27 and Rich is 26 years old, we have been dating for 3 years now and have taken a number of short travel trips during that time, but after a long time waiting we are finally very excited to be travelling full-time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're keen to travel in a way that engages with locals, meets new people and learn what is really worth visiting and experiencing in a location, not just what the travel brochure shows you.

Interests

Travel is a big interest for us, we have visited Amsterdam, Rome, Dubai, Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, Bermuda, Lisbon and Ghana, as well as lots of places around the UK together over the last 3 years.

We both enjoy living a full and healthy daily lifestyle, by that I mean we always include health and fitness, but won't miss out on trying new foods, local cuisine or going for cocktails.

We're also passionate about our work as we are both blessed to be able to work online to fulfil our travelling lifestyle. Sharon's background is as a Chiropractor, Rich's in the fitness industry. We have both leveraged these skill-sets to start our online businesses.

Music, Movies, and Books

We love music, mostly Hip-Hop (older stuff), some EDM, some Rock. Basically, we appreciate talent!

Rich is very passionate about entrepreneurship and can typically be found reading a business book at some point throughout the day.

We don't watch much TV, if we do we're more of a Netflix box set type of people. If we do watch a movie, we both enjoy comedy movies or gangster films like Scarface and The Godfather.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sharon: Being there to see my 3rd little nephew born last year on Valentine's Day and watching him grow over the last year.

Richard: Spending 9 weeks in Ghana being exposed to a completely different culture to what I grew up with in the UK was an amazing experience, and has definitely given me the travel bug to keep exploring.

Teach, Learn, Share

We're very keen to improve our Spanish as we travel through Central and South America. Sharon is more experienced than Rich at this stage, but we both have work to do!

What I Can Share with Hosts

We bring with us a blend of fun and outgoing personalities, cooking skills, cocktail knowledge (mainly drinking, not making :D) and more.

With Sharon's Chiropractic skill-set she can also help fix any little aches and pains you may have.
