Hi all,

The name is Alex (still Doreen Alex on Facebook but preferring Alex at the moment). I'm a 29 pansexual genderqueer living in Ghent with my awesome girlfriend and almost equally awesome cat Noodles (close second but he doesn't make me vegan pizza's so yeah, gf wins this round).

I work for an LGBTQI+ organization and for the most part I absolutely love it! The largest portion of my job is supporting smaller organizations in their organization building (help them with their finances, insurance, help them organize events and parties, find more volunteers, etc etc) but I'm also responsible for all things trans* and bisexual related.

Let's see, what else should I say?
I'm a huge film fan and would rarely say no to watching a good film. Genre not even important, I'm a lover of them all. I also really enjoy reading but find my work and social life too demanding for the moment so I don't nearly read as much as I'd want to. I just started playing the guitar and tried a couple of boxing classes recently. Physical activities are very important for me so I also try to go to the gym whenever possible. Errrrmmm what else what else. I know the origin story of 420 and I'm a neutral good monk named Hulut in D&D. Also, I *crave* music. I can't function without music in my life. Genre not that important, as with film, as long as it's not too poppy and generic sounding. For a couple of my favorite bands I'd like to refer to the 'my favorite music, movies & books secion' :).

Oh, I'm vegan! Relevant.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Damn, this is a difficult one.

Alright, off the top of my head.
I ate an avocado on the third highest mountain in the world (measured from sea level, El Teide). Me and my girlfriend took with us: two 2l bottles of water, warm clothes, 2 avocados, salt, pepper and lemon juice. And let me tell you, it was worth the extra weight. #dedicatedvegans :)
