My name is Huang Kai-Chun. I am from Taiwan, and my major is material science and engineering. I am exchange student in Middle Eastern Technology University, Turkey for one semester. I did the test of MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator), the result said that I am extroverted not introverted, I am intuition not sensing, I am perceiving not Judging. Its just for host reference~!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have been to USA when I was 14 years old. I lived in home stay with a nice family. Since then, I realized that living in a native family can really involve in their culture and also gave me a huge culture shock. After finishing my master thesis, I decided to extend my semester to apply the exchange program. Fortunately, I got the chance to visit Turkey(Ankara), I met one of my best friend on the internet, his name is Masum, he let me stay in his house for three days(Istanbul). It was also another culture shock for me. I tasted Turkish tradition food, and also experienced many interesting events there. Based on the wonderful experience home stay, I really like to live with the native citizens. That is my reason why I choose couch surfing for my next journal around the world.

Interests

I like to travel, watch movies or series, sometimes I like to think many strange ideas, and i also like to discuss with people. In spite of studying engineering, i more like the psychological and philosophy knowledge. I love freedom not trapping by anyone. I think I am a typical Sagittarius person, haha!

Teach, Learn, Share

I played performance of jumping rope in USA, so i am good at this skill, i am willing to teach the chinese traditional events such as jumping rope, Chinese Yoyo and spinning top.
I want to try and learn everything new.
I can share everything you are interested, I also can share the gift from Taiwan, Although i am not good at cooking, the host still can taste the cuisine of Taiwan.
