This question makes me feel a very ordinary person, but let's see...

I have skydived... which is statistically safer than driving a car, so... not very amazing.

I have crossed a very large desert area on a jeep, camped and explored the nature, depending on unprecise maps and no GPS.

Funny how I tend to see amazing as dangerous and different, but actually I think amazing is being a useful and respectfull human being.
