PHILOSOPHY

I can define myself a researcher maybe.
I always wanted to see all the world can offer me, I've been very curious person, that likes to be in contact with people even completly different from me, to learn as much as possible. Right now I'm in the phase of research of who am I, why I'm here on this world, and how can I learn to be better of what I've been before.
And I need you to do that, every meeting is an indelible mark for my growth. Let's get bigger this community of kind and loving people!

ABOUT ME

I'm a musician based in Denmark, from Italy.
My parents are Persian, so I feel half Italian half Persian (even if I was born and I had always lived in Italy).
I play violin, cello and a little bit piano and frame drums, but I've been seeking a career as cellist!
I love travelling mainly alone to see new people, have a direct contact with different cultures, learn something new and discover new wonderful connections!

I like to experiment everything, so let me try ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I lived my childhood in a small town with closed-minded people, and the last year's i've been wanting to experience the world and the people living on it... I just find that this is a very great way to connect with new people maybe similar to you ;)

I'm also here to improve my languages skills!

Interests

I have a lot of interests!
My first interest is music. But (maybe in at same level) I love to dance (I'm a tango dancer, Contact-impro mover, and occasionally I dance Lindy Hop and Balfolk!), talk about other arts and cultures, and go to see concert and performances.
I like cooking and experiment new approaches of tastes.
I like gardening and having always contact with nature (parks, mountains, sea).
I love talking about philosophy, spiritualism, lecterature and politics.

Music, Movies, and Books

Ooh well..
Music: classical (I really love it), rock music, country music, acoustic music (I have played and singed in an acoustic band and in a rock-indie band), hip hop, disco, latin (in particular Flamenco, I really love it!!), african... all kind !!
Movies: I can't say what is my favourite film, I can only write some titles of good films. Walking dead (Linklater), Beautiful mind, Scent of a Woman, The Truman show, Life of Adele, American Beauty, Into the Wild, La vita è bella, La principessa splendente (and other japanese anime) ect..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not so incredible, but it was a creat experience! I was improvising some time alone with myself, first hiking and sleeping in tent alone without any previous plan, and then since I got hurt I took my cello and I spent 5 days in a monastery (I'm not religious but it was a great experience!)

Teach, Learn, Share

I always speak about Iranian culture, people and politic. If we will meet together, we can talk about it!
(Also Italian culture and language)

Learn: I love learn different kind of dances, sports, languages and instruments! I prefer latin or african dances (and music also), so if you know please teach me (tango, flamenco, bachata, salsa)!!
Btw, I will be happy to learn all you can teach me.
