About Me

I’m an Anesthesiology Resident at Klinikum Passau.

I'm a sport fanatic (or just a bit hyperactive), who loves to go for a run, play floorball (sort of like hockey but played in a gym and with a small ball instead of a puck), football, volleyball, go climbing (rock or sports climbing in a gym) and hiking.

I'm a bookworm who reads everyday and loves getting lost in an imaginary world.

I work with kids who come from broken homes or have behavioural issues.

I love learning new languages and am really good at that.

I'm a neat freak, perfectionist and history buff.

I'm honest (sometimes too much) and I love meeting and getting to know new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m here because I love to meet different people, talk to them and learn about their home countries, customs and culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is a huge part of my life - I don't go anywhere without my iPod. I love old music (60', 70', 80', 90'), rock, alternative, indie and folk music. Sometimes even classical or jazz.
My all-time favourite band is Queen, but I also like Leonard Cohen, Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kodaline, Biffy Clyro, The Airborne Toxic Event, Zaz, The All-American Rejects, Grouplove, Revolverheld ...

My favourite film is Miracle, followed by Woman in Gold and The Lord of the Rings trilogy (extended edition of course).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went on a Erasmus + Internal medicine rotation to Passau, Germany after learning German for only 1 month while required language skill was B2.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you my mother tongue (Slovene) that is spoken only by 2 million people or how to do a CPR.

I want to learn new languages.

Countries I’ve Visited
