First of all, we love to travel. We also like watching tv shows, ride our bikes in Paris, sit down at a bar’s terrace. We like cooking and go to local market. We also like to go to restaurants (or make they come to us), discover new food and drink craft beer. Marine is working in one of the best craft beer bottle shop in Paris, makes it easier to discover new beers. She also give some Yoga Class. Simon works in a tech company and likes computer stuff (videogames, programming, etc).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Before this year, we used to travel a lot, but now, we have less free time. We miss the discovery of new cultures and new people. Couchsurfing is the occasion for us to invite people in our home and share time with them, in a first time. And on a second time, when we will have more time, we would like to travel and spend our holiday with local and meet new friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

We listen to all different kind of music. Each year we go to the Hellfest (metal music festival) but we listen also to reggae, rock, electro, old songs. We love music ! On the book side, Simon read thrillers and Marine prefer documentary books or novels. Sadly, we don’t have a lot of time to read ! We like to watch movies from time to time (one of our favorite being Pulp Fiction) but we watch mainly TV shows, easier to fit our schedules. A lot of TV shows.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share a lot and few. We run out of time. Simon is working during the day so he can’t get out to make you visit the city for example. We are ok to share our couch / bed for a night and we can go out to drink a good beer ! Marine can have some free time to make you visit Paris. At least, we can always share a good french dinner because Marine loves to cook.
