Overview
About Me
Up until recently: professional nomad. I completed my MA in International Environmental Policy in 2015, served and worked in Nepal before and in-between, and formerly worked in City Planning. Photography has been a personal hobby for 15 years and has recently become a source of income, predominately through documenting artisan workers and social enterprises abroad.
I love to explore, to meet new people, to share and learn about different places in depth.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I generally prefer to stay with locals when I'm travelling, because there is no substitute for local knowledge heard first hand. It feels like a more genuine way to get to know a place, it's rhythm and experience society. Not to mention - make new friends!
I cannot offer a couch at the moment because I myself am out and about in the world, but I look forward to paying it forward once I'm settled again.
