About Me

Girl growing up in the small cute village is now exploring that the world is a little bit bigger as she thought before :)
While studying I have the best opportunity to travel and, honestly, my mind is filled by "where to go next" instead of " when does the library open"...
But I will be a teacher of Slovak language and literature and History, I am looking forward to it, what can be nicer? :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Exploring of the new places is amazing, but sometimes you need people to feel the right soul of these places... Or you just need someone for chatting while drinking beer (what is one of the most serious roles!)
Simply, to get in touch with people from abroad in their home towns... it´s just worth it.
I am looking forward to offer my couch (when I will own one) for travellers... in future.

Interests

I am playing an accordion...
And, of course, between my 13 - 15 I hated accordion because there was nobody (including Cobain) playing accordion but guitar. So I tried guitar for two years. But then I´ve seen MTV unplugged where Novoselic was playing accordion so everything was OK again :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Pearl Jam / Alice in Chains / Glen Hansard / Kings of Leon ... sometimes I love classic music, or soundtracks... or 1980s (Aha!)... or not so famous good Slovak bands... so, mix :)
Into the Wild (so inspiring) / The Green Mile / ... And yes I love Pirates of the Caribbean and You've Got Mail, too! :) And I like Tim Burton´s production.
With books it´s hard to say for me... There is still something what I have to read for school, and I like it all in general... E. g. now Decameron, so surprised me, such a funny and interesting and edifying book to read! And Balzac is the next, he is waiting for me on the table now, he wants me to stop to fill in my profile :)
But I never forget the books, which teached me to read... The Three Investigators, Harry Potter and The Princess Diaries! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went to Romania, (at first) for two weeks by myself.
There was nothing more meaningful before and after in my life as these two weeks...
