Hi! I'm Julie from Russia, but now I live in Mexico with my husband and our lovely little chihuahua. I’m an English teacher and I have a blog on Instagram. At the same time, I’m very creative, I like drawing, photography, and sculpting. I try to have an active lifestyle and do various physical activities such as yoga, fitness, hiking or jogging. I’m open-minded, easy-going and fun. I’ve got an adventurous spirit and always down to anything!

At the moment I can't host people, so I'm here to find place new friends around the world and get an immersive experience of any place I go to.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a music lover. I listen to a lot of different genres from indie to rock. I really appreciate cinema and try to know more about it.

My favorite movies are Three Colors: Red, Pulp Fiction, The Dreamers, Stalker and many more. My favorite directors are Ingmar Bergman, Wes Anderson, David Lynch, Alfonso Cuarón, Krzysztof Kieslowski, Andrey Tarkovsky.
I like animated films, such as Guillermo del Toro’s Pinocchio, Song of the Sea, Wolfwalkers. My favorite series are Vikings, Game of Thrones, The Queen’s Gambit, Euphoria, Ted Lasso, The Office and Twin Peaks.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent my 22 birthday on the Arctic ocean coast.
