I just graduated from university and I want to see the world a little before I tie myself down to a job. There is so much to experience, it feels a little overwhelming. I want to put on a backpack and tread paths that I have only dreamed of. Lighting a candle in a towering, European cathedral, hearing the bells of Notre Dame, cartwheeling the Great Wall of China, basking in the Mediterranean sun along the coast of Greece, walking through olive groves in Israel, standing in the shadow of the Great Pyramids of Giza, eating grapes in an Italian Vineyard, smelling cherry blossoms in Japan, canoeing down the Amazon, smelling the spices in the outdoor markets of India... Adventure awaits.

Going somewhere you haven't gone before is memorable, but people are what make it unforgettable. It would be sad to go witness something memorable and not have anyone to share it with. It has always been fun for me to meet new people and to experience new cultures and lifestyles. The diversity of our world is one of the most profound and beautiful things I have ever seen. I agree with CS motto, that learning about and experiencing a culture can grow respect and acceptance within an individual. And we need a lot of more that today.

I like a little bit of everything. No doubt my favorite genre is fantasy. I know, very unique. :P But I love the classics as well: Jane Austen, Charles Dickens, Charles Bronte, Mary Webb, Mark Twain, etc. Also "Harry Potter" and "Lord of the Rings" are my two favorite series, although I MUCH prefer the HP books to the movies. And don't even get me started on "Les Miserables."

As for music, I suppose it's as varied as my taste in books. My most played playlist on my music app is early doowap, think The Penguins, Temptations, and the Dreamettes. If not that, classic 80's rock, anything I can dance to.

I'm afraid of heights, and I went on a 150 foot swing. That was pretty intense for me. Slowly working on conquering my fears. :)
