Hey, guys and girls!

I am an Austrian girl, but feeling more of an Earth person instead. Right now I am living in the Netherlands to do my Master "Molecular Mechanism of Disease" in the lovely city Nijmegen. I have always wanted to go into research...and maybe at some point I will do but first - one step after the other.

My passion in life is doing sport - I really do love bouldering. But since now I am in the bike country, and even before I like to sit on the bike and take a ride where ever my feet take me.

I am an eco-minded person. I guess for me it is not only important to get the most out of my life, but also to sustain this world for the future people, so that they can enjoy our wonderful amazing planet as much as I do. I am trying to do the best I can to avoid any Co2 footprint. If you need any help concerning this topic or like to share your point of view, I am happy for getting some drinks.

PS.: I don't like when someone calls me "Kathi" :D

books: No way, it's not possible to list all my favourite books, too many of them.

films: too be honest, I don't watch movies. Sometimes but really rare. But I really like: Mary&Max (no it's not a love story), Harry Potter I-VII (but the books are way better) and of my favourite serie is (beside Friends): Chuck (you have to watch it!)

musik: I used to play piano for a really long time, so I like jazz piano music. My musical taste changes every now and than but for now I like listening to german music: AnnenMayKatereit or Skatapult (really cool unfamous rock band)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I saw a whale cow and her baby 30 meter away from me, playing with each other!

I met a prisoner from Robben Island who was captured together with Nelson Mandela. He is now a "tour guide" on Robben Island and a lovely old man.

6 day hike to the famous sight "Macchu Picchu". Crossing 2000 metres in altitude; in the end we never managed to go to macchu picchu but the landscape and the adventure was amazing.
