About Me

Hi guys! I moved to London for a month to do a workaway. I've been living with a family, helping for cooking, babysitting and giving Spanish lessons.
I’m a French women studying Science Politics in Bordeaux. In 2017, I took a gap year to be able to do an International civic service in a rural area of Peru. I made the most of this free year to traveled in Mexico, Colombia and Peru of course. Even if I love my studies, I needed to go out of classic university curriculum to build my own experience.
Since I'm studying, I've been volunteering. I gave french lessons to a Syrian refugee, supported a graduated refugee to achieve her professional project in France and this year, I took part in the local group of Amnesty International in Bordeaux.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My favorite way to do tourism is discovering everyday life and culture with local people. People I met outweigh tourist attraction.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have very eclectic tastes: from jazz music to techno and from poetry to thrillers. I've been studying literature and I still reading classic authors. I am fond of Ken Follet's books. I love going out to see live music and the atmosphere in festivals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was doing an International civic service in Peru, we opened with the others volunteers a children’s leisure center and workshop for adults. We were coordinating and animating it from scratch.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have experience in teaching foreign languages (French, Spanish and English).

What I Can Share with Hosts

My enthusiasm to learn new things and some talks or debates around a good meal cooked by myself and drinks!
