I'm Lidia, from Ávila, a small city in middle Spain.
Currently, I am working in an Arthritis Association, helping family and patients. I also have done some volunteering work and have experience with many kinds of people.
I think that I can offer as a couchsurfer my enthusiasm and my happiness. Also, I am a flexible person, able to adapt at any situation, always taking the best of all.

I understand travel as a way of life. I am an adaptable and open minded person, who loves to know other cultures and traditions.
I think that travel can bringing down barriers between cultures, people and countries, that's why I love travelling.
I travelled along South America and Asia and my next destination is Africa. :)
