About Me
Hello all! I am currently a student studying abroad in Paris. I want to take advantage of my time here in Europe by meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I am pretty easy going (according to my friends and family) and I hope to build great relationships with the people I meet here.
I am also VERY open minded. Which is always a good thing right? :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hostels are great and all, but every now and then I prefer to stay with locals or anyone who actually lives in the area I'm traveling to. It's more enriching.
Interests
I am an avid movie watcher and reader. I will rarely say no to watching a film :). I love learning new things and listening to peoples stories. I'm fascinated by diversity and people who go outside the box.

Teach, Learn, Share
The 1755 earthquake in Lisbon, Portugal had great influence in the enlightenment movement. After the earthquake destroyed 80% of Lisbon people couldn't understand how God could punish them so much. The earthquake occurred on All Saint's Day which is a day to remember the dead in certain religions and the people who were untouched were the Muslims and Jews who lived in the hills. People began to research a new solution as to why the earthquake happened, hence the thought of science playing a role in life began.
