About Me

I'm a full time curious, I love meeting people, cultures, books, languages, places... I think I'm an easygoing person, calm and relaxed. I study Film, TV and Media and when I'm far from home I like to really be a part of the place I go to, to learn the most I can and to live lots of adventures! Sometimes, when I'm traveling, I like to film and exchange art with people I meet, so it'll be so nice to get to know creators and artists! I'm a culture freak and I really can be talking for hours about it; Regarding what I do I've made some graphic design, play some music (guitar, piano, sax), photography, writing and of course filmmaking. I've also work complementary (for paying uni, rent...) selling shoes in different places, so if you have any shoe issue I may help you! I also love sports in general, hiking, biking, climbing... I've been skating for many years but I'm not very into it lastly due to some injuries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hope it helps me meet new people and cultures, I'd like to visit cities in a different way. I like to travel alone but sometimes I miss some company on my adventures. I love to immerse myself in the places I visit. I don't want to be just a tourist. I am also open to learn new languages so this way of traveling fits perfect with me!

Music, Movies, and Books

Miles Davis, The Lumineers, Into The Wild BSO, Chet Faker, The Kooks, The Smiths (in love with young Morrissey), Wagner, Jack Johnson, John Mayer, John Denver, C Tangana, Bowie, Zaz, Coltrane, Chavela Vargas, Cigarettes After Sex, Minor Thread, Pixies... Maybe all artist, all genre, anytime :)

My all time favorite book would be On The Road by Jack Kerouac or One Hundred Years of solitude by Gabriel García Márquez. I love Hemingway, Bukowski, Bolaño, Fitzgerald, Munro, Emiliano Monge, Modiano, Henry Miller, Tolstoi, Dostoievski, Thoureau... I really enjoy reading and I love discovering a good book.

Well I study film studies so if I had to make a list on my favorite films it'll never end. I'd say most of European directors (Almodóvar, Godard, Truffaut, Sorrentino...). Jim Jarmusch is a genius. And hundreds more and thousands I'll like to know, so if some night you don't want to go out we can stay in and watch a film, I'll let the guests choose!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm willing to teach and share anything I may own, from languages to recipes, I also love learning from anybody I know, we live in an amazingly huge world, there's always something to learn and to share, lets listen to each other!
