Having a mid life crisis? Not at all!! We have grown our 5 x children up and now it is our turn to explore and adventure the world. There is actually 2 of us travelling together as a couple. We have thrown our jobs in and on a Gap Year.

We are in our early 40's and whilst we have a few wrinkles we consider ourselves as pretty easy going, level headed, honest Australians. We don't mind being social and having a few beers, but we also really like chilling out and having down time. We like to keep active. We love to explore food from other countries.

We are keen to connect with people and learn about their lives, their communities, their country, their customs and their food. If we can meet people on our round the world journey that are keen to share some of their lives with us, that would be awesome. The Couchsurfing Community provides an amazing avenue to see the world in different ways.

We can talk cars, motorbikes, music, sport and most of the usual topics but we are pretty passionate and we can share about our way of life and experiences; growing up families; working full time jobs; the places we have visited and lived in; the events we have been too; our inspirations and our aspirations. We have a lot to give and when we have finished our trip of a lifetime we hope to repay the favour and open up our home to travelers and show them around our beautiful region.
