Hi,

I'm a primary school teacher in London. I currently teach 30 5 and 6 year olds! I decided to be brave and book flights to the states by myself this summer!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people and I'm looking forward to the opportunities couch surfing will provide. I think it will be amazing to stay with people who live in that area rather than staying in places by myself as a solo traveller. I will like having the chance to learn about great local places to visit as well as the tourist hot spots.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think booking this solo trip will be one of the most amazing things I've done!

Qualifying as a teacher 5 years ago was a brilliant achievement,
As was jumping out of a plane in Australia (not sure it's something I would want to repeat though!!!).
