Hi, I'm Vera, 23 years old and live and study in Heidelberg. I will be a teacher for handicapped students (as well for students who have learning problems). I love to explore the world and I'm missing it to travel. After school I was in Canada and enjoyed it so much! :D In the time between the semesters, I travel sometimes too. So far I made it to Thailand, Ireland, England.. and there will come more :) (time and money are the factors I struggle with ;))
So more about me.. I love art, nature, a good laugh, just hanging around, cook and bake, meet new and old ;) people! And so on :D A big passion of me is theatre. I was acting bevor and now I'm studying it as an extra subject.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While I was in Canada, I was so happy that all our hosts took us in and were so kind and fun to us! I think it's a good chance to meet people and learn more about the city or country while traveling :)
And when I am travelling now, it is really great too. I never had a bad couchsurfing experience and just enjoy to meet new people, citys, cultures and countrys.
Also I wanted to give back that place to sleep, that I was getting :D
