21 years old from Uddevalla, Sweden. I studied science in high school and during the 3 years since then I have been working different jobs, at home and abroad and studied psychology and culture for a bit. I love nature, music, food, sports and people. As of 15/10 I am traveling Australia and a few other countries for a total of about 6 months with my mate Alexander, looking for experiences to share with people we meet along the way!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The reason I got on here is I want to see the world, as it is, people, customs, culture and nature. I always longed for adventure and new impressions and can't see any better way of doing that than by meeting local people to exchange ideas, experiences and even share new ones!

Interests

Music, cooking, eating, beer, wine, sports, riding boards of all sorts, nature, mountain biking, motorcycle riding and pretty much anything you throw at me

Music, Movies, and Books

Singing my own songs and listening to others is my favorite music.
As for established artists I admire The tallest man on earth, Sussane Sundfør, Ed Sheeran, J Cole, In Flames, Sia, James Bay and lots of other artists and songs!
I don't read nearly as much as I would like to. The one book that comes to mind is a swedish one called Populärmusik från Vittula, which roughly translates into Pop music from Cunt Street. A very humorous and serious novel about growing up in the working class of a swedish-finnish community in the north of Sweden during the 60s and early 70s.
I love movies, but don't see as many nowadays. Some great movies are most Tarantino films, Will Hunting, The Life of Pi, Garden State, Silver linings playbook, What we do in the shadows, The Shawshank Redemption, The Dark Knight, Fight Club, Léon, The Martian, Gravity, Training Day, American Beaty, FMJ, Deer Hunter, Fury

Among movies/books I would like to see/read are, Requiem for a Dream, Spirited Away, Grapes of Wrath.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

After sailing for 4 days straight I ate a crispbread with cheese, which gave me shivers throughout my whole body, because I was so exhausted, one of the most memorable feelings of my life.

Can't say I've accomplished anything extraordinary, I am more of an experiencing person. I do, however, find great joy in writing music, mutual feelings and overcoming my own prejudices.

I could teach you some basic guitar, sing you a song, I'm trying to learn the harmonica, and need all the help I can get, really. I love food and cooking together is the best way to bond, probably the perfect first date even 😄
