I'm Jisoo from South Korea
My first trip to go abroad was Newyork,USA
My uncle lived there at that time so I was visiting him. and I fell in love with NY. Everything was new to me and I was super excited every moment even I was 8 ,I remember most of my stay in NY. I wrote every moments in NY in my diary and I dreamt to come back there myself when I become an adult. I also wished if I can live in another country . and I made it when I was 21. I went to Ireland with no knowledge of Ireland. It was my first journey to another country myself and I had a friend there. But I fell in love with such a beautiful country ,Ireland and I really enjoyed my new life there. I travelled 9 countires in Europe during my stay in Dublin,Ireland. After that I came back to Korea I became an English teacher during holidays between University. I missed life in another country. And I decided to go Finland as an exchange student. I was planning to go USA tho as I wished for a long time. but I was rejected unfortunately. However Erasmus in Finland went quite well with lovely new friends and nice weather (not in winter with -28 degrees:)) I met so many people who love Korea because of K-pop, drama and obviously Korean food! I was very proud of myself that I study food in Korea. and I still keep in touch with good people. and I would like to come back to USA FINALLY in 19th July to 9th August ,2016 (Seattle, Portland ,New york , Philadelphia )
I can't wait!! and I want to meet new good people here as well. Thanks

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like meeting new people and talking with them. I have explored many cities all over the world and have met many nice people. I knew this couchsurfing from my close friend and she told me that it was amazing experience. So I try to meet new people in new city that I travel. I'm looking forward to meet new folks. Thanks

I love Jeff bernet and Ed sheeran and their songs
recently watched 'Me before you' It was so touched and I love romantic movies
and "Jungle book' was very well-made movie
I liked! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was traveling around Europe. I met an old couple in Airplane coming back to Dublin from Brussels. I couldn't go to Burges because of a strike at that time. All trains were stopped. and the couple was from Bruges and they invited me to their home if I have chance to visit Belgium again. Because they had business with Korea for a long time and have been to Korea several times. They were so kind to me. WE talked a lot in plane and they just let me know a brief location of their house and I have been there when I was traveling to Amsterdam from Paris . I stopped by Bruges by train and I found a cathedral that they mentioned but that was only information I had . and I asked all neighbours around there with a picture we took together. after 2 hours searches I finally found their house. Kind neighbours knew them and the couple welcomed me with hug. It was so tough and crazy but I made it.
They showed me town and their lovely house and gave me detailed address for next visit haha we still keep in touch!
