Hola Soy Mónica, tengo 25 años, tengo una licenciatura en Cirujano Dentista y actualmente estoy realizando mi posgrado de Ortodoncia. Me encanta viajar y conocer gente nueva, fuera de mi trabajo me gusta ejercitarme fisica y mentalmente con yoga y meditación, me gustan las actividades al aire libre, y estar en contacto con la naturaleza. Soy una persona de mente abierta que le escucha escuchar todo tipo de historias, dispuesta a aprender de los demás y con muchas ganas de conocer el mundo. Me gusta salir de fiesta ,visitar museos, bares, centros comerciales , pero mi cosa favorita es salir a la naturaleza así que cualquier lugar que lleve montañas, árboles, y lagos, estoy dispuesta. Me siento muy bendecida por todas las lecciones que he aprendido a lo largo de mi vida, por las personas que me rodean, y agradecida por cada día tener una oportunidad para acercarme más a mis sueños.

I am an open-minded person who listens to all kinds of stories, willing to learn from others and eager to see the world. I like to party, visit museums, bars, malls, but my favorite thing is to go out into nature so anywhere that brings mountains, trees, and lakes, I'm up for it. Escucho casi todos los géneros de música, pero me late más, el pop, indie, reggaetón, rock alternativo, musica disco, electronica, y sonidos relajantes para meditar.
Me encantan las películas de suspenso.
Sobre libros me atraen los temas de autoconocimiento y desarrollo personal, así como temas holísticos. Actualmente estoy leyendo “ mujeres que corren con lobos”

I listen to almost all genres of music, but I can hear more of pop, indie, reggaeton, alternative rock, disco music, electronic, and healing songs. ( allmost all, I said XD )

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Viajar con un presupuesto bastante bajo por Mexico, con distintos medios de transportes y hospedajes, con ayuda de gente que conoci en el camino y con algunos aventones en el camino !!
Servicio social en una clinica para indigenas y visitas a comunidades extrayendo dientes.

Traveling with a fairly low budget through Mexico, with different types of transportation and l acommodation with the help of people met along the way and with some rides along the way!
Social service in a clinic for indigenous people and visits to communities extracting teeth.

Tengo pocos meses realizando mi práctica de yoga, pero me siento fuertemente atraída por esta disciplina. Podría compartir mis conocimientos y lo muuuuucho que me ha ayudado en mi mente, espíritu y cuerpo.
