Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend told me about couchsurfing. He told me that people offer their homes for strangers all around the world for no material reward. I loved the idea instantly. Didn't think something like that would exist in our world today. I've tried airbnb before and loved it more than hotels because it's more personal. But I find the idea of couchsurfing even better. So i hope this community will take me in and I can participate in it.
