About Me
I've recently finished my university, got a job and some spare time and means to travel a little bit more (finally). I love skiing, in my best season so far I've spent more than 5 weeks in the mountains, with 2 weeks as a ski instructor so if you want to learn how to do it - I'm your guy ;). The best place for skiing is of course Italy!
I am a person who gets lost on wikipedia frequently, having no idea how did I end up reading about the British navy after typing in "russian cuisine" first ;).
I have some travel experience, mostly in Europe. I prefer to go north or east as I am not much of a heat lover.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It seems like a good place to meet new interesting people which is what makes our lives brighter :).
Music, Movies, and Books
As for music it would be mostly punk rock. My three most favourite bands of all time are Green Day, Blink182 and The Offspring. Apart of that, for a long time I've been a huge fan of A Tribe Called Quest's early work (first album is amazing!). As many people I'm somehow in love with the sixties.
Books:
John Dies At The End, This Book is Full of Spiders (both surrealist, both great!)
Movies:
Forrest Gump, Breakfast at Tiffany's, We Were Soldiers, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I guess it would be a decision to live in Korea for 8 months. It was an amazing experience :) I haven't learned much of the language as it is really hard for a European (I'd still love to learn some more!)
Countries I’ve Visited
Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden
Countries I’ve Lived In
Poland, South Korea
