About Me

😊 Hi, my name is Adrià Tañà from Catalonia, Spain, I'm 23 years old. Currently, I'm doing an internship in Amsterdam as a graphic designer.
So I take any opportunity to travel and discover the surroundings. I love meeting new people, understand what they think and how is their culture.

💪 I'm friendly and positive, open-minded, adaptable and receptive. I'm a bit geek and I really enjoy hanging out and have some beer or coffee. I love to share the bests customs of my country and discover them from the others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to discover the world, learn about other cultures and make some international friends, and why not, eat dishes of the entire world.
So Couchsurfing is the best way to do it, live for a few days with people from everywhere.

Interests

I love video games and fantasy, yes I'm a geek. But of course I'm not a odd person. I love to be informed and discover new cultures. Walking, cycling, basketball. I want to travel through all countries know their art and thoughts. Be mixed with the society of everywhere. And I think the gastronomy is essentiall to know the cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC
I don't prefer any style, if the song is good I will enjoy it (except regetton).

MOVIES
Cause I'm a geek, I enjoy with comedies, sci-fi, fantasy and cartoons. I have to admit that I watch some romantic and drama films, but NEVER horror.

BOOKS
Okay, mmmm... I would like read more, but I find it rather boring. I have tried to read many books but I can't read them for a long time. 😥

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

🛫 I traveled alone and I can say without a doubt it's a great experience. You know new and amazing persons (you'll meet many people who are traveling alone too and, like you, they want to make new friends, so don't be shy) you can deepen the local culture and even improve your foreign language, mostly than with your own friends.

Teach, Learn, Share

In Spain we have an idiom for travelers: "Wherever you go, do whatever you see" which it means that the best thing of traveling is discover the culture.
