I like to eat, drink and be merry! I`m a cook, a traveler, a dancer, a mom, a builder, a designer, a best friend, a sister, a story teller, a singer, a doer, a reader and a writer. That last one I'm not that good at.

I'm first and for most a Jazzer, I love classic jazz, but I listen to rock on the road, salsa on the dance floor, and lounge when I`m lounging. I also dance tribal with my girl friends and slow with my men friends.
I like to read instructions, but I don't alway make the time, so I just this week found out that if you hold down the q on your smartphone it marks a 1.
I like good movies (you figure that one out).

So many, I`ve had such an incredible life, been to so many place, done so many things. But the one that seems the most incredible for me, was the conception, birth and raising of my one and only daughter Shantal, which alone includes too many amazing things to write about here.
