Music, Movies, and Books

I developped a passion for dance for those past 3 years. I love to watch comtemporary dance, ballet, hip hop and traditional dances from all around the world. I especially love the work of Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Akram Khan, Marie Chouinard, Béjart, Neumeier...
I also love movies such as American movies from the 50's (Kazan, Mankiewicz, Brooks), French nouvelle vague (Truffaut, Chabrol), Visconti and Pasolini, Kubrick , Coppola ( Dracula is one of my favorite movie), Cronenberg, Jane Campion, Xavier Dolan...and many others.
Concerning music, I listen to old stuff like Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Cream, Zappa, the Doors, the Rolling Stones. I adore soul and funk (Prince, Steevie Wonder, Donny Hathaway, Sly, Funkadelic and I die when I listen to James Brown (he's a god). I also love jazz like Billie Holiday, Thelonius Monk, Miles Davis, Charlie Christian, Coltrane...I like contemporary stuff too!
I enjoy reading British and French litterature from the 19 and 20th century, Russian classical litterature like Dostoievski and Tchekhov. I'm found of American comtemporary litterature like Irving and Banks and my favourite playwright is Tennessee Williams.
I love art and going to museums, I regularly go and see plays and I love to go to gigs. In fact, if there's an interesting cutural event, I'm in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think living in itself is quite amazing. To feel emotions so strong that you got gooze bump. To be so moved by a piece of art, a tune, a landscape or a person that it can change the way you comprehend the world amazes me every day.
